Sílvia Pérez Cruz opens the 2021 edition of Manta, accompanied by Bori Albero on double bass and Carlos Monfort on violin. She brings her latest project with her, “Farsa (Impossible Genre)”, an album that responds to her concern about the duality of what is shown and who we really are, in the contemporary era, where the superficial is so devastating that what is seen can easily become confused with what is heard.
