Reading and reflection sessions on art and education.

Can we read the world without reading? Perhaps the consensus is that the answer is no. But what we choose to read can determine how we choose to see the world.

In the “Mais Três” Reading Club, we meet twice a month around books that reflect on arts education—books that stimulate our gaze and our questions, sharpen our restlessness, and drive us toward creation.

Now in its second season, this Reading Club was designed based on the “Mais Três” programme (a programme for learning and experimenting with artistic practices in kindergartens and primary schools within the public school network of the municipality of Guimarães). It is a space for shared reading, discovery, and continuous questioning. The reading selections are curated by the Directorate of Education and Cultural Mediation, also based on proposals from participants.
